As a General Manager, Frank addresses clients’ concerns and feedback promptly. He is responsible for supervising the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals to maintain high-quality standards. As a former educator, he mentors and develops team members to promote growth and maintain a motivated workforce. Frank also develops comprehensive training programs for new kitchen staff members and educates staff on camp culture and values to emphasize the importance of mealtime in creating a positive camper experience.
Christopher Ferrara
Operations Manager
Chef Chris brings culinary, labor relations and managerial experience to his position as Operations Manager. He has worked in various summer camps, both in a recruiting and food service capacity, high-end Passover events in Miami, a private golf club, and has managed the food service program at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. Chef Chris plans and monitors the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage Associates to ensure smooth progress, including training new staff in the operation of each facility and meeting clients’ needs.
