The mission of Food and Beverage Associates is to provide healthy, well-balanced and quality food service to our clients. To do this, we have established a culture to support our team members in order to provide the best service possible. Frank Ferrara founded Food and Beverage Associates (FBA) in 1995 with the objective to help clients achieve their goals in taking care of and providing food service of the highest standard.

As founder and CEO of Food & Beverage Associates, Frank Ferrara has taken great strides to grow Food and Beverage Associates into what it is today. Frank, a dedicated Chef, is professionally trained and certified in food service and hospitality. Along with his training, Frank has more than 30 years of food service management experience.

Frank develops high quality business strategies for his clients. He oversees all operations and business activities to ensure desired results that are consistent with the Food & Beverage Associates mission. Since establishing Food & Beverage Associates, Frank has developed and managed accounts with major corporations, hospitals, summer camps and international resort destinations.

Steven Regina

V.P. Operations

As V.P. of Operations and with over 25 years in the food service industry, Steve oversees our northeast region, interacting with clients and supporting on site Chef Managers, directing the food preparation process and training staff with new programs, menus and themes.  Steve constructs menus with new or existing culinary creations to ensure the variety and quality of the servings.

General Manager

As a General Manager, Frank addresses clients’ concerns and feedback promptly. He is responsible for supervising the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals to maintain high-quality standards. As a former educator, he mentors and develops team members to promote growth and maintain a motivated workforce. Frank also develops comprehensive training programs for new kitchen staff members and educates staff on camp culture and values to emphasize the importance of mealtime in creating a positive camper experience.

Christopher Ferrara

Operations Manager

Chef Chris brings culinary, labor relations and managerial experience to his position as Operations Manager. He has worked in various summer camps, both in a recruiting and food service capacity, high-end Passover events in Miami, a private golf club, and has managed the food service program at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. Chef Chris plans and monitors the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage Associates to ensure smooth progress, including training new staff in the operation of each facility and meeting clients’ needs.

Carmine Pagano
On Site Manager
Since joining Food & Beverage Associates in 2001, Carmine has worked closely with CEO Frank Ferrara to strengthen the company’s operational infrastructure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Carmine travels nationally to supervise food service operations, respond to customer requests, and coordinate employee training at customer sites.

Barbara Ferrara
Finance Administrator
As Finance Administrator, Barbara runs and operates payroll and vendor transactions. She manages accounts and reviews and processes reimbursements. Essential to the team, Barbara brings a friendly attitude to FBA.

Sue Townend
Office Manager
Sue oversees day to day activity and is a resource for clients and chefs. Sue comes to FBA with over 15 years of office experience and is focused on follow through on tasks. Sue monitors account budgets and client needs. In addition, she helps with staff needs as well as implementation of FBA policies.
