Do we have a choice of menu options?

Yes, we value your input and preferences. Menus are flexible and changes are effortless.

How do you handle special dietary needs

One chef is assigned to order and prepare all special meals and gets to know that person's needs first hand.

Is there a contract?

Yes, we usually start with a contract term of 1 year and then if you like our service we offer you a 3 year contract after that.

Do you speak with parents about diet needs?

Yes, we are happy to speak with any parent. They may call our office or speak to the chef on site about their child's dietary needs.

Do you do background checks on employees ?

Yes. We do a thorough nationwide criminal background check along with NSOR.

How do you balance food cost and quality?

Our preferred relationships with major vendors ensure consistency and quality. Volume purchasing gets us the best pricing. We also work with local suppliers to obtain the freshest "farm to table" produce in season.

Can you walk me through your hiring process

We hire believing that a friendly attitude goes hand in hand with experience and skills. All staff go through a full interview process, reference and background checks and kitchen training. Above all, our staff are expected to treat people with respect and a smile.

Would you hire some of our existing kitchen staff?

Yes, sometimes we do. We understand relationships and consistency are important to you.

What if we're unhappy with your service?

No worries. We always work in good faith and offer a release if you're not happy with our services. It very rarely happens, but if it does you've got nothing to worry about.

What if our facility is seasonal, but has off season events?

We can easily cater any event any time of the year, whether it's a large wedding reception or a small group...we are there for you.
