What we appreciate most about Food and Beverage Associates is their flexibility and positive responsiveness to our requests, such as working with us to reduce excess packaging and recycle and helping to make the salad bars’ presentation match the needs of our programs. "I want to take a moment to commend Steve for the excellent food that was prepared for our holiday party at Camp Merry Heart on 12/18/19. 


The food was amazing, my mouth is still watering when I think about the roasted chicken! I am amazed that he prepared all the food completely by himself. All of the food was delicious.

"As parents of the bride, and hosts of the wedding last weekend at Camp Tockwogh, we were so very delighted with Chef Steve and his staff. 


Both brunch buffets took into consideration the various dietary needs and likes of our guests. The cocktail hour hor d’oeuvres and reception dinner and desserts were exceptional. 


Our family and guests were very complimentary. But above all, it was a true pleasure to work with Chef Steve.

 

From the well prepared tasting, to the time of the wedding weekend, every question was answered and each request met with a positive response. 


As I told Chef Steve, having a destination wedding at camp provided many challenges, but never once did I have a concern about the catering for this important event. Chef Steve did not disappoint.
